Will my order be securely packaged?

Yes, we will not disappoint you. Every order is hand-packed with utmost care and detail, in a premium quality box, with a tissue paper, finished with a logo ribbon. It is then put in a mailing box and shipped via a signed and insured courier service. 

Since we are still growing, we currently do not offer gift packaging or personalized message service.


Do I have to register to place an order?

No, we are happy to accept guest checkouts. But if we have your email on file, we will keep you informed of our latest products and news.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Capsule Clothing accepts most major credit/debit cards.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we are happy to serve over the phone as well as online. Ring us from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm and a friendly voice will be happy to help. Ofcourse, online shopping is available too, 24 hours a day.

How will I know that my order has been placed?

We will send an order acknowledgement email within 24 hours. Please Contact Us with your order details if you do not receive this email.

If an item is out of stock, can you let me know when it becomes available?

This service will be introduced very soon. But you are welcome to check product availability some other time or simply give us a call and we will be happy to let you know when it is expected to be available.

Can I cancel my order?

In accordance with your statutary rights, orders can be cancelled. We offer 14 days free returns service (UK only) if you change your mind. Please follow the instructions on the returns label included in your package.

Is shopping online with Capsule Clothing secure?

Yes, in order to ensure that, we use SSL encryption technology, where payments are transmitted through a secure server.

Which currency will my purchases be made in?

Purchases and shipping costs are charged in GBP (Great Britian Pound Sterling)

Why was my credit/debit card or other payment method declined at checkout?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 12pm GMT will be shipped the same day via a standard next day service. Any orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day. For EU, USA and Canada, please allow 5 working days to receive the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Can I track my order?

Of course you can! Once the order is shipped, we will email you the courier tracking number so you know when to expect it. Alternatively, ring us during our opening hours and we will be happy to let you know the estimated arrival time.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, we would love to serve you in person. Please see our address and opening hours in the contact us section.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay (EU, USA and Canada)?

There is no duty or tax to pay in the EU. For USA and Canada, best check with the local customs before placing an order.

How do I return an item I have ordered online?

All orders are sent with free returns labels, so if for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery free of charge. All items must be returned with garment tags and remain in the same condition as initially sold.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
